What data do we process and why?
- Data you send us from our website for sales-related inquiries or information requests
we process these data in order to provide you with the best response. These data may be processed by us as well as our external managers appropriately appointed to maintain and administer the company’s information systems and to manage support management services. The processing of your personal data is legitimate as it is necessary to provide you with the service you have specifically requested from us and is part of the lawful processing pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, letter B, of EU Regulation 2016/679 on Data Protection. Any refusal to allow this processing makes it impossible for us to provide you with an answer, therefore the form cannot be sent without entering a tick.
- Personal and contact data for sending newsletters
(information/disclosure newsletter) if you have chosen independently, freely and knowingly to subscribe to our newsletter with explicit consent by ticking the appropriate form. This data may be processed by third-party companies specialized in the management of commercial, IT and legal information, as well as by ourselves. All these external entities operate as appropriately appointed External Data Processors. The processing of your personal data is legitimate as a consequence of your explicit consent to provide you with the requested service, pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, letter B, of EU Regulation 2016/679 on Data Protection. If you do not authorize this type of processing, this will not prejudice any other existing or requested relationships.

- How long do we keep your data?
The data are kept for 10 years from the end of a relationship or from inactivity or, in the event of any changes in regulations or case law, for as long as storage is required in order to assert a right held by both parties. A periodic check is carried out on the obsolescence of the data, as well as on the email addresses no longer used by data subjects in advertising communication with us.
